Terms & Conditions — Father’s Day “Win a 1-Night Mystery Stay” Promotion

  1. Promotion Period:
    The promotion starts at 12:00 AM AEST on 18 August 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 7 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

  2. Eligibility:
    This promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of Mystery Adventures and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

  3. How to Enter:
    Customers automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw for each Mystery Adventures gift voucher purchased during the Promotion Period.

  4. Prize:
    One (1) winner will receive a 1-Night Mystery Accommodation stay for two (2) people, valued at approximately AUD 350–450. The accommodation location will be selected by Mystery Adventures and is part of their Mystery Accommodation offerings.

  5. Prize Redemption:
    The prize accommodation stay will be booked at the time the winner redeems their Mystery Adventures gift voucher. The accommodation is subject to availability and standard booking terms and conditions.

  6. Winner Selection and Notification:
    The winner will be randomly drawn within 7 business days after the Promotion Period ends. The winner will be notified via email within 3 business days of the draw and must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize and redraw.

  7. General Conditions:

    • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • Mystery Adventures reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

    • By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to Mystery Adventures’ Privacy Policy.

  8. Privacy:

  9. Limitation of Liability:
    Mystery Adventures is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or use of the prize.
